Neurotec Pharma SL is a biopharmaceutical company located in the Bioincubator PCB-Santander in the hearth of Barcelona Science Park, Barcelona, Spain.
The company was created in January 2006 as a spin-off of the University of Barcelona (UB), with the initial support of Oryzon Genomics of Barcelona and the UB Centre for the transfer of knowledge, technology and innovation, Foundation Bosch i Gimpera (FBG).
Neurotec is a direct consequence of the scientific activities of three researchers of the Neurochemistry Group of the Institut d'Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) located in the School of Medicine of the UB.
